Shipping within Australia

Standard delivery is free Australia-wide. International shipping charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Australian orders usually arrive within 9–12 business days from the date the order is placed. These are estimates, and delivery may take longer during busy periods or carrier delays.

Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate parcels because items can be dispatched from different warehouses.

Returns and refunds

You can request a change-of-mind return within 30 calendar days of delivery. There is no restocking fee, and you pay the return postage for change-of-mind returns. Items must meet the conditions in our Return and refund policy.

For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, contact us so we can help. We cover reasonable return postage for confirmed faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not limited by the change-of-mind return window or packaging requirements.
